T X SMOKE creates whiskey infused wood chips for outdoor grilling. We use fine whiskeys and wild Texas mesquite wood to offer a unique experience to your cookout. Our one pound bag of specially cut wood chips are vacuum packed to seal in the moisture and maintain freshness. -Cooking/Grilling Instructions: Remove contents from package and carefully sprinkle directly on ashed over charcoal briquettes immediately before cooking to capture the full flavor. Cover grill. For gas or pellet grills, place wood chips into a preheated smoker box or wrap in aluminum foil. Add more wood chips every 30 minutes or as desired. Store in a cool, dry place.
